How may we help

We understand that making travel arrangements over the internet can be intimidating particularly if you are planning your overseas trip, so we have put together a selection of commonly asked questions. Of course if you have a question that isn’t listed below, please do give us a call or send us an email.

Do your tours run everyday?

Our tours are avaialble for booking everyday, except Dec 25th. However we have a minimum of 2 passengers for a tour to run.

Can I book for one person?

Our tours only run with a minimum of 2 passengers. If you are travelling alone, we can put you on a waitlist and will contact you if we get any other bookings for that day.

Do you operate in any weather?

Most of our tours will run in any weather. The Kapiti Island, Matiu Somes Island, Deluxe Middle-earth tour and Golf packages are weather dependant.

Are your tours suitable for wheelchairs?

No, unfortuantely our vehicles are not set-up to carry wheelchairs.

Do you cater for specific dietary requirements?

We can cater for almost all dietary requirements, like vegitarians or gluten free etc. Please let us know your requirements and we can prepare accordingly

What age is the child rate?

Child rates apply for 14 years & under. Infants from 0~2 years are free of charge, but MUST be included in your booking.

Do you offer accomodation pick ups?

Yes, we can pick-up anywhere within Central Wellington free of charge. For pick-ups outside this area, an additional fee may apply, please contact us for details.

Are your tours suitable for cruise ship passengers?

Yes, we can pick-up and drop-off direclty from the Cruise Ship Passenger Terminal.

Do you operate on public holidays?

Yes, we operate everyday except Dec 25th. There is no extra charge for tours on Public Holidays

Do you offer discounts?

Unfortunately we do not offer discounts, student rates, or seniors rates.

Do you offer private tours?

Yes, we have a range of vehicles and can customise an itinerary just for you. Please contact us with your requirements and one of our tour consultants will discuss options & pricing.

Do you take group bookings?

Yes, we have a range of vehicles available from 2 passengers up to 50 passengers.
